I am available for assignment all over Australia. For booking information contact me at hello@jasonmorey.com

Originally from the Apple Isle, I've been known to photograph just about anything, from kids throwing themselves down stairs to the prime minister playing totem tennis.

My experience includes working with one of Tasmania's leading news prints, The Examiner newspaper. Based in Hobart, I have covered sport and the Supreme Court, as well as state and federal government politics and elections.

My photos have been published in Tasmania's other daily newspapers - The Mercury and The Advocate - and magazines and websites, including Sauce Street Press, Slam Skate Magazine and SPRESS Magazine. My other work has been part of exhibitions at the Devonport Regional Art Gallery, Entre'pot Gallery, Jimmy's Hobart & Launceston, The University of Tasmania's annual Art Rage exhibition at the Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery and other galleries. I am a regular contributor to The Skateboarder's Journal magazine and often photograph for Adidas Skateboarding.

In September 2011 I was named the overall winner of The Projections national emerging photographic talent awards.

I recently shifted to Melbourne after wrapping up a BFA in Photography. In my spare time I like watching Friends, skateboarding and playing with Photoshop in the early hours of the morning.
